SEEING IS BELIEVING NON-PROFIT TOURS
Seeing is Believing tours are a great way to see first hand where donations are being invested. Participants are given a behind-the-scenes look at the daily activities and challenges faced by our partner agencies and the clients they serve. The result is a new and deeper understanding of why giving to the United Way is so important. Tours are quarterly visits to agencies and other non-profits serving the community through our Impact Areas: Education, Health, Basic Needs and Financial Stability.
We are mixing it up this tour and focusing on providing Holiday Helpers for two organizations. Both organizations need volunteers to work with their clients on specific days (see below)
Join us for our Holiday Helpers edition of the tours!
We have volunteers hours available with two organizations:
Junior Achievement Discovery Center - work with 7th and 8th graders to apply the knowledge learned in the classroom to this simulated town. NO experience necessary. You will receive training in the morning. Choose your date and click the link to register.
