Bald Ridge Lodge - Job Opportunity

The Youth Care Specialist plays a crucial role in all daily operations and interactions with the youth served at Bald Ridge Lodge. They carry out each young person’s unique service plans under the direction of the Program Director and Case Manager, as well as provide therapeutic behavioral intervention. The Youth Care Specialist(s) provide 24-hour, awake supervision, and ensure the safety of each resident when they are on duty. They are also responsible for following all Bald Ridge Lodge policies and procedures, as well as meeting State licensing and contractual requirements for the agency. They provide routine, accurate documentation for their shift, and contribute to the required reporting measures for each youth.
